HOW ARE YOUR KINETIC ART MOBILE SCULPTURES MADE?

Our mobiles are made one by one, each one being a unique sculpture. They are made up of original watercolor paintings, sheet aluminum, stainless steel wire, and cable.

WHAT KIND OF PAINT DO YOU USE TO CREATE YOUR WATERCOLOR PAINTINGS?

We use artist grade watercolors. Some of the brands are Winsor Newton, Daniel Smith, and Lukas fine watercolors to name a few.

HOW LONG WILL YOUR MOBILES LAST?

We make our mobiles to last a long time. We make an extra effort to ensure your sculpture will last many many years by using professional paints, papers and sealers.

CAN YOUR MOBILES BE PLACED OUTSIDE?

No! These mobiles are created strictly for indoor visual entertainment and should never be kept outdoors or in a high moisture area. Treat them like a fine painting and it will last for many many years!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE ONE OF YOUR MOBILES?

They take about 7 to 10 days. Sometimes longer if the paintings are detailed.

Shipping Questions

WHAT TYPE OF SHIPPING DO YOU OFFER?

Shipping is completed using U. S. Postal Service Priority Mail and ships to any location within the Continental US. We also offer shipping for UPS ground service in the same area upon request.

DO YOU OFFER ANY OTHER TYPES OF SHIPPING FOR A REDUCTION IN PRICE?

No! We use Priority Mail and UPS Ground to ensure that your package can be tracked and insured. We insist on insuring every shipment! No additional cost to you!

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY MOBILE IS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING?

Send us an email as soon as you receive the package. Take digital pictures with your smart phone or camera before opening the package and after opening the package. We will remake your replacement mobile at no additional cost if you email us the digital photos of the damaged mobile. Email them to This email address is being protected from spambots. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT?

Shipping usually takes 2 to 7 business days to arrive to you from completion of your sculpture.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL US?

Yes, we will ship anywhere in the world. But, we insist on insuring the package. This often results in VAL tax being collected at the destination. International Shipping is a flat rate of $35.00. Canadian Shipping is $20.00

Payments & Refunds

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

DO YOU ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS?

Yes, we will accept personal checks but we must receive the check and it must clear the bank before we will ship your sculpture.

DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY?

Yes! You can request a refund within 30 days of receipt of the mobile. You must email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and let us know the reasons for your return. Upon receipt of the sculpture we will process a refund. The return shipping cost is your responsibility. We do not pay for the return shipment of an unwanted sculpture. The refund will be in the same form of payment you used to purchase the sculpture.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T LIKE MY MOBILE?

Our goal is to create the perfect kinetic art mobile sculpture for you. If you are not happy with it for any reason within 30 days of receipt, contact us. We can remake it for you at no charge or refund your money. We want you to love love love your sculpture!
